The Jerky Zone Premium Jerky started out at Farmers Markets in the Orange County & LA County area in 2014. We were able to locate our commercial manufacturing facility in 2016 and have been able to provide premium Jerky to many clients ever since. The Jerky Zone now works with Fundraising Groups, Retail Locations & Distributors. In our California facilities, we create a natural jerky with premium Top Round Beef Brisket from Harris Ranch Farms. All of our beef jerky is made with no added preservatives or MSG, no nitrates, no fillers and no binders of any kind. We pride ourselves in the fact that our beef jerky has a lower sodium content than most commercial manufacturers. We always use the best ingredients and the highest quality Top Round Beef Brisket cut of beef. Our beef is never chopped, pressed or formed. We do everything to the highest standard to produce our exceptional taste and tenderness. Our product never sits around in bulky warehouses and is made within 30 days of being in our customers hands. This allows us to guarantee freshness and happy chewing!
